We have the pleasure to tell you about our participation to a very interesting Project, made by the Porsche Consulting Department. We were the real protagonists of this fantastic experience, because we were actively involved, the engine of this project, thanks a real full immersion. It began in June and it last five weeks (8/06 – 9/07).

It is composed of three main Step.

1) Technical Department Analysis: identification of the improvement areas, threats, in order to find the potential developments in terms of workload and lead time;
2) Process Redesign: optimization of the Management and identification of the TO-BE process, based on the efficiency and effectiveness levels ;
3) Action Plan: definition of a detailed transformation road map. We are still working on this process, including an implementation, realized only by the support of our Alto’s workers. A brilliant team working, and high level of motivation came up.

Following a deep performances' business analysis, we are glad to share with you our results:
- an Empowerment and improvement of the working system and employees;
- including a strong team spirit;
- saving costs;
- promotion of a greater business system digitalization;
- business area's improvement.

Four important points came up:
- an active role at all the phasis of the workshop;
- a proactivity in the countermeasures’ definition;
- a big commitment to a new way of working;
- an openness to possible changes and the ability to rapidly adapt to the ever-changing.

We thank Porsche Consulting’s supervisors, but, in a special way, we have to thank our participants, because they have shown a big interest and a strong motivation, basic elements to be successful.
More and more knowledge and collaboration make strength and it makes the difference too!
