PRODUCTION
Sophisticated robots driven by last generation CNC machines can implement a project through a number of interconnected processes.
After being cut and turned on a lathe, dies undergo a milling stage, then they are heat treated to achieve the necessary physical and mechanical properties.
Dies and tools are subsequently conveyed to the machining department, where state-of-the-art robotic computer-assisted equipment is used to create a faultless final profile. Bar codes enable us to trace any product in each machining stage so that customers know they can fully trust the accuracy of all operations and their meet our specific requirements.
